Room: Flex Plus is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Flex Plus is quite in demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. It generally gets the maximum extent of natural daylight, and prone to have relatively good view.

Building: Situated in the heart of Garneau less than 10 minute walk to the University of Alberta south campus, Garneau Towers is the prime location for students. Featuring on-site communal laundry, updated fitness centre, study lounge, seasonal outdoor patio BBQ and spacious rooms with an abundance of natural light. Less than 10 minutes walk to Safeway grocery store and University and Health Sciences LRT stations are nearby. But the beauty is,  you can save on the transit pass and walk to all you need!
