Flex Plus - Sir John Franklin

Room: Flex Plus is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Flex Plus is quite in demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. It generally gets the maximum extent of natural daylight, and prone to have relatively good view.

Building: Our Sir John Franklin residence offers a great environment and ideal living space for students and young professionals. The residence gives easy access to the University of Alberta campus, an LRT station, the Old Strathcona district and downtown Edmonton. It's just minutes away from local boutiques, entertainment, restaurants and grocery stores. You will have access to a fitness center, sauna and underground parking. The rooms provide residents walking some of the most scenic walking trails along the River Valley in Edmonton. 

Neighbourhood: A short walk to the University of Alberta and its teaching hospital, Garneau is the perfect “University town” with vibrant energy and plenty of dining, entertainment options, and cafes just steps away.
