Flex Basic - Garden Court

Room: Flex Basic is the most budget-friendly option. It has a single-size bed and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy the privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. 

Building: Our Garden Court townhomes offer a great environment and ideal living space for students and young professionals. The townhomes are situated in a location next to NAIT (The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), Kingsway Mall and Edmonton’s new Metro Line LRT station, and just minutes of north of the downtown core.  Garden Court also gives easy access the schools, shopping and grocery stores, as well as major transit routes. 

This location provides an excellent commute to everything you need. Our residents can enjoy green space surrounding Garden Court Townhomes and fenced courtyard.
