Room: Deluxe room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 50" Smart TV, and a streaming device.  Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.

Building: Our Garden Court townhomes offer a great environment and ideal living space for students and young professionals. The townhomes are situated in a location next to NAIT (The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), Kingsway Mall and Edmonton’s new Metro Line LRT station, and just minutes of north of the downtown core.  Garden Court also gives easy access the schools, shopping and grocery stores, as well as major transit routes. 

This location provides an excellent commute to everything you need. Our residents can enjoy green space surrounding Garden Court Townhomes and fenced courtyard.
